In 2021, numerous webtoons had been announced to be adapted into dramas, some aired while some have yet to release their production schedule. The popular Naver webtoon “Seasons of Blossom” written by HONGDUCK and illustrated by NEMONE will be adapted into a drama. You can read the webtoon in English here.   The drama’s description on Webtoon reads, “Oh, to be young and in love. Oh, to be wild and carefree. The springtime of life is intense, tumultuous, and at times, oh so confusing. Spring, summer, fall, and winter - love blossoms in all seasons.” It is a romantic comedy about the love and friendship of 18-year-old high school students.

Playlist will be in charge of the drama’s production and has agreed to produce a drama that makes up 300 minutes. They will be in charge of developing scripts, casting actors, and the practical production of the drama. This information is from an article released on Nov. 9, but the cast has not been decided yet. Fans of the webtoon are excited to see who will be cast in the drama adaptation. We can already imagine which actors would be perfect for the roles of each character! 1. Yun BoMi 

Yun BoMi is 18 years old and 174cm. She is popular, pure, and beautiful. She is the perfect example of a model student and always wants to be kind. However, she does have a bit of a temper. She is the type who will fight to defend the things that she likes if she hears something bad being said about them. She becomes extremely honest when she is with JinYeong. Her best friend is SeonHui.  Kim HyeYoon, Park YooNa, Hwang BoReumByeol, and Weki Meki’s Kim DoYeon could be a good match.   

2. Choi JinYeong

Choi JinYeong is also 18 years old and is 167 cm tall. At first, he seems like the quiet type without much of a presence but he is actually a strong character. He’s got a cute face but a firm heart. He’s very honest and straightforward which makes him very trustworthy once you get to know him. He’s manly and very good at games. Nam DaReum, Lee ShinYoung, Lee SaeOn, and Park JiHoon could be a good match.   

3. Lee JaeMin

Lee JaeMin is 18 years old and 184cm tall. He liked BoMi and went to elementary school with SeonHui. Everything about him is warm: his height, his appearance, and even his personality. He had an older brother who was even warmer than he is but, unfortunately, he lost him. To not show his sadness, he tries more to be a bright person. He tries not to be sad anymore. Nam YoonSu, NCT’s JaeHyun, ASTRO’s MoonBin, and CIX’s Bae JinYoung could be a good match.   

4. Kang SeonHui

Kang SeonHui is also 18 years old. She is 153 cm but has a feisty temper. She swears a lot, too. She is BoMi’s best friend and childhood friends with Lee JaeMin. SeonHui is very interested in beauty so she attends classes at a beauty academy. She loves cutting BoMi’s bangs for her. Her nickname is Kangtese because her temperament is similar to a Maltese dog’s.  Kim BoRa, Kang MiNa, Woo DaBi, and Weki Meki’s Choi YooJung could be a good match.    Note: The aim of the vote is for Kpopmap readers to share their opinion about their preference for the cast.
